Lateness/Cancellation Policy: Showing up excessively late to your appointment is a "lose-lose" for everyone. Please be on time to your massage appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge by giving us notice no less than 24 hours preceding your appointment. However, cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, it is only reasonable and fair for us to charge full price for your missed appointment.
